Citylight Church Amarillo holds to a plurality of elders or pastors according to 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
As a new church, we are prayerfully waiting to raise up elders from within our congregation to install as our first group of elders.
In the meantime, we have a group of elders from churches in the Redeemer Network that have partnered together to plant us.
